FAVOURABLE PAYMENT CONDITIONS

FOR OUR CONTRACTED PARTNERS 

FŐTAXI Inc. offers two different types of cashsaving constructions for its contracted and occasional costumers.

PAYMENT BY CHEQUE:

The first solution is the so-called cheque or formally the transfer payment system, which is used by many of our costumers. The cheque system makes it possible for our contracted partners to travel without cash and pay after all travels monthly through bank transfer.

FŐTAXI Inc. gives numbered cheque-books to its customers. After having the travel finished, the first two copies are given to the driver and the main copy is given to the passanger - to make the travel easy to be checked afterwards.

FŐTAXI's cash-point provides continous payment for taxi-drivers after cheques properly filled in. In the beginning of next month, the financial department sums up monthly travel costs due to incoming cheques and sends an invoice summary to the contructed partner. The customer checks if the summary is correct by using its own main copies and afterwards transfers the costs of previous monthly travels to FŐTAXI Inc's bank account.

For those contracted partners who have less than 50.000, Ft per month costs on average, we offer our taxi voucher way of payment (similar to shopping vouchers), instead of the cheque system.

PAYMENT BY VOUCHER:

The other favourable payment method without cash is to buy a so-called taxi-voucher. It is very frequently bought as a gift by our costumers.

Even without contracting with us, our voucher-buying partners become entitled to use our number 3 tariff which was designed for our contructed customers. Using the voucher enables our customers to pay (number 3) discount tariff as our contracted partners do. However, the taxi driver has to be informed about it before the travel is started.

The 200, 500 and 1000-note vouchers issued by FŐTAXI Inc can be purchased in our central office. Vouchers over 50.000 Ft are transported free of charge.

The above payment possibilities contribute to the fact that FŐTAXI's discount transport construction is claimed by 500 firms.
